ASPIRE Work Experience
Students gain relevant work experience through our partnership with Baptist Health’s ASPIRE Program. Each L.I.F.E. student in the program is assigned a Job Experience Training Coach and receives specialized on-site training, skill-building opportunities, job shadowing and workplace etiquette lessons. Every student learns to complete his or her work assignment accurately, efficiently and safely. Students are placed in various departments including both patient-facing and administrative support services throughout the Baptist system, including Doctors Hospital, West Kendall Baptist Hospital, The Miami Cancer Institute and The Miami Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute in Coral Gables.Vocational Skills
